Once you have paid for the server, wait until it goes into Active status. To check the status go to Product/Services (left menu) - Dedicated servers.
If the status is Active, create a ticket to the Support team:
Subject - IPMI credentials
Service - select the server you need IPMI credentials for from the drop-down list.
Where to find IPMI credentials
We reply to the created ticket with the credentials.
2. Server note
Go to Products/Services (left menu) - Dedicated servers - click on the server - To panel.
In the DCI manager go to Main menu - Servers find the Status column and point on the yellow icon to see the credentials.
To copy them click on the server - Edit (upper menu) - Notes
